FCLOA has four main goals: •  To provide game officials for the sport of men’s lacrosse, primarily at the high school level, in the State of Florida •  To instruct and educate players, coaches, parents, and fans of the sport of lacrosse and the rules governing play •  To train, educate, and certify persons for officiating the sport of men’s, youth and tournament lacrosse •  To promote the growth and development of the sport of lacrosse in the State of FloridaFCLOA members officiate both Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) contests and boys youth lacrosse games in North Florida. Our territory covers Pensacola, Tallahassee, Gainesville and greater Jacksonville as far south as Palm Coast. FCLOA Members are independent contractors. The FCLOA executive board is comprised of five seasoned lacrosse officials who all have been members of the association since inception.
