If any current high school players are interested in becoming certified to officiate youth games, please stop by the main tent at the tournament this weekendDuring the Veteran’s Cup Invitational Lacrosse Tournament, First Coast Lacrosse Official’s Association is hosting a joint US Lacrosse and FHSAA clinic conducted by the top clinicians in the country.  These clinicians will not only be training throughout the weekend but will also be on the field during numerous games and play-offs. If any current high school players are interested in becoming certified to officiate youth games, please stop by the main tent and speak with Bob Pradella, Annalee McPhilomy or Jody Ticer for more information. There are also training classes being conducted all throughout the state over the next several months for current and new officials for youth and high school games.  Again, please stop by the main tent for more infoThe First Coast Lacrosse Officials Association (FCLOA) was founded in 2010 by lacrosse enthusiasts in Jacksonville, FL in an effort to promote lacrosse officiating in North Florida. FCLOA has four main goals: •  To provide game officials for the sport of men’s lacrosse, primarily at the high school level, in the State of Florida •  To instruct and educate players, coaches, parents, and fans of the sport of lacrosse and the rules governing play •  To train, educate, and certify persons for officiating the sport of men’s, youth and tournament lacrosse •  To promote the growth and development of the sport of lacrosse in the State of FloridaFCLOA members officiate both Florida High School Athletic Association (FHSAA) contests and boys youth lacrosse games in North Florida. Our territory covers Pensacola, Tallahassee, Gainesville and greater Jacksonville as far south as Palm Coast. FCLOA Members are independent contractors. The FCLOA executive board is comprised of five seasoned lacrosse officials who all have been members of the association since inception. The Board members are chosen by the FCLOA membership through annual elections. FCLOA Members are independent contractors.
