via MLL Press Release Paul Rabil, Tyler Fiorito, and Jack Kelly take home weekly honors in Week 14 Warrior Offensive Player of the WeekAnother outstanding week in the books for Paul Rabil who tallied a combined 14 points over the weekend. The midfielder kicked off the scoring for New York against Boston and contributed five goals for the Lizards in the huge win over the Bayhawks on Thursday night. Warrior Defensive Player of the WeekTyler Fiorito made 23 huge saves securing his team the overtime win over New York.  With 14 saves in the second half alone, Fiorito made the clutch saves necessary to lock down the win, including THIS stellar one-handed save. Cascade Rookie of the WeekJack Kelly has proven once again that he can compete with some of the veteran goaltenders in the League. This rookie stopped 17 shots that came his way and held Charlotte to just one goal in the fourth quarter to secure the win for the Outlaws. Kelly also secured a huge win over Rochester with 15 saves. New York Lizards 18Chesapeake Bayhawks 12The New York Lizards snapped the Bayhawks’ winning streak in a Thursday night matchup. Paul Rabil scored five goals and two assists while Rob Pannell chipped in four goals and two assistsCoca-Cola Player of the Game: Paul Rabil Denver Outlaws 12Rochester Rattlers 10The Outlaws pulled out their second consecutive road win over the Rattlers for their 5th straight win! Jack Kelly had an incredible weekend in the net and held the Rattlers to just ten goals. Eric Law and Jeremy Sieverts also had hat tricks in the victory.Coca-Cola Player of the Game: Eric Law Denver Outlaws 15Charlotte Hounds 12In their second game of the weekend, the Outlaws won their sixth straight game and outscored the Charlotte Hounds by 3 points. Michael Bocklet tallied three goals while Eric Law chipped in another two goals and two assists. Matt Kavanagh let the offense with six points.Coca-Cola Player of the Game: Jack Kelly Boston Cannons 14 (OT)New York Lizards 13The rivalry continues and it was another overtime battle with Kevin Buchanan scoring the game winning goal for the Cannons. Cannons used a late 4-2 run and John Uppgren scored the game-tying goal in his rookie debut.Coca-Cola Player of the Game: Tyler Fiorito Atlanta Blaze 14Ohio Machine 10Atlanta pulled off a home win over the Ohio Machine on Saturday. Mark Matthews contributed four goals and one assist in the win while Randy Staats also tallied three goals. Marcus Holman led the Ohio offense with three goals but the Blaze fired back with seven goals in the third quarter which secured them the win.Coca-Cola Player of the Game: Mark Matthews Rochester Rattlers 14Florida Launch 9Rochester took home a five- point victory over the Florida Launch after losing to Denver earlier in the weekend. Kip Orban kicked off the scoring action for Rochester and went on to tally another two goals later in the game.
